So since I went gluten free in January my appetite has changed. I’m able to eat things that I’ve never been able to eat before without a stomach ache. Things like steak, shrimp, burgers with mustard and onions (no bun of course), cheese sticks and other things. I also found out I really like carrots with low fat ranch, juice, jello and more. It’s such a relief to not have a stomach ache every night. Plus gluten free isn’t that bad. Many things are naturally gluten free, many things can be made gluten free like having a cheeseburger without a bun, and there are substitutes for other things.
