Okay, so now that I’ve been gluten free for almost two months, I’ve realized that it requires a little creativity. I woke up super early this morning (pre-6 am) to drop my car off at the shop. My Onstar antenna needed to be replaced. Anyway, I wanted McDonalds breakfast. This was breakfast the gluten free way. I have to say, cheeseburgers without buns don’t bother me, but a sausage egg and cheese biscuit really suffers without the biscuit part. It might be because the egg is nowhere near what comes from a chicken, but it wasn’t that great. Live and learn.
