I had pasta today for the first time in over a month. I know this isn’t the best picture, but I realized I hadn’t put enough sauce on my plate after I had already added cheese. Anyway, I made gluten free pasta for the first time. It’s rice pasta, so it’s a little bit stickier than normal pasta. You have to constantly stir it while it’s boiling, but it was pretty good. It was nice to have spaghetti again, since I hadn’t had it in quite a while.
