Ron and I have been searching for a dog for the last couple of months. We want something small, with very little shedding and preferably from a shelter. What we’ve been finding, however, is that little dogs are hard to come by and when you do find them they’re with a rescue group that wants $300 for an adoption. On a whim, we stopped by the animal shelter today and found the coolest dog. He’s a bichon frise mix, is only 10 lbs and has such a great personality. He’s little, but he still acts like a dog chasing balls and playing with toys. He doesn’t go up for adoption until Monday morning and a lot of other people were looking at him, so I don’t know if we’ll get him or not, but he’s so great and deserves such a good family. If he doesnt end up with us, I hope he ends up with someone great because he doesn’t deserve to be in a shelter.
