As I mentioned yesterday, I made parmesan crusted chicken tonight for dinner. You mix grated parmesan with garlic powder and Italian dressing mix. Then you coat the chicken with it and bake it. I added some more seasoning on top of it to really coat it which is what browned in the pan. It was really, really good and it’s less than 200 calories and less than 10 grams of fat. I still have half a piece left. I can’t wait to eat it!
