I forgot to take a picture before we ate it but I made a great healthy meatloaf for dinner tonight. It has lean turkey, chili sauce, Worcestershire, onions, oats and red pepper in it. It’s super low fat and pretty tasty. I also made skinny mashed potatoes where you boil and mash potatoes using chicken broth. I put a little too much broth in them but they were still good. Tomorrow I’m making parmesan chicken. I’ll try to take the picture before eating half of it this time.
