The dinner I made tonight was great, if I do say so myself. I make awesome buffalo chicken tenders using fat-free¬†blue cheese dressing, Tabasco, parsley, corn flakes and of course, chicken. I paired them with corn, green beans and toast. I would have prefered broccoli, but I didn’t have any. I really need to get some though because I have organic alfredo sauce I plan to use to make broccoli, chicken alfredo. I don’t have much experience with cooking pasta, other than macaroni and cheese (if you really call that pasta) and spaghetti. It should be interesting. Maybe I’ll try it this weekend.
